1. Spread oil onto the Organic Cotton Eye Pads provided .
2. Allow half hour for the oil to soak into the pads.
3. Apply directly to the eyelids
4. Secure with the heat mask which will help drive the oil deeper into the eyes.
5. Leave on for 1 hour for the first use.
6. If tolerated gradually increase the time each treatment.
7. Once complete, rinse eye lids with warm water. If desired you can use a natural skin cleanser to remove any excess oil.
