100gm Slippery Elm Powder

Slippery Elm contains mucilage, a substance that becomes a slick gel when mixed with water. This mucilage coats and soothes the mouth, throat, stomach and intestines, making it ideal for sore throats, coughs, gastro reflux diseases, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diverticulitis and diarrhea.

Mix 2tsp in a glass of water . Stir well and drink quickly before the solutions forms a thick gel.

Can be used to make a poultice when mixed in equal parts with charcoal and water to make a thick paste. When applied to any sting or bite can help neutralise the poison and immediately reduce pain.
